Refund & Returns Policy

All products sold by MADE-Developers are digital software products. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. All Sales Are Final

Because our products are digital goods — delivered instantly as downloadable software and license keys — all sales are generally final and non-refundable once the license key has been issued or the download has been accessed.

2. Eligible Refund Situations

We will consider a refund request within 7 days of purchase only if:

  • The software fails to install or run on a supported operating system despite following our installation guide
  • You were charged more than once for the same order (duplicate charge)
  • The software delivered is materially different from what was described on the product page

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Incompatibility with unsupported operating systems or third-party software
  • Failure to use the software before the refund window expires
  • Violation of our Terms of Use resulting in license revocation
  • Purchases made more than 7 days ago

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email support@made-developers.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The email address used at checkout
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Screenshots or evidence of the problem (if applicable)

We will respond within 2–3 business days.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method (GCash, Maya, or card) via PayMongo within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

6. License Revocation

Upon approval of a refund, your license key will be permanently revoked and the software will no longer function.
