Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of software products, downloads, and services provided by MADE-Developers (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By purchasing or using any of our software, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. License Grant

Upon successful purchase and payment, MADE-Developers grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and use the purchased software on the number of devices specified in the product description, solely for your personal or internal business use.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

Copy, redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share the software or license key with any third party
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code
Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the software
Use the software for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
Transfer your license to another person or entity without our written consent

3. License Keys

License keys are issued per purchase and are tied to the purchaser’s account. Sharing, publishing, or reselling license keys is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate revocation without refund.

4. Updates & Support

Purchase of a software product entitles you to free updates within the same major version (e.g., v1.x). Major version upgrades may require a new purchase. Support is provided on a best-effort basis via email.

5. Payment & Pricing

All prices are in Philippine Peso (₱) unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely via PayMongo. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time; such changes will not affect already-completed purchases.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, designs, code, branding, and content on this website are the exclusive intellectual property of MADE-Developers and are protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The software is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, MADE-Developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the software, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable product.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your license immediately, without notice, if you breach any provision of these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the software and destroy all copies.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.

11. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the software following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
